Two people were found dead after a house explosion and fire in west suburban Oswego, Illinois Thursday evening.
A massive plume of smoke billowing into the air from a west suburban house fire could be seen for miles Thursday afternoon. Around 5:15 p.m., NBC Chicago Sky 5 helicopter reporter Mike Lorber spotted the cloud of smoke rising from Oswego while gathering footage of a separate fire at a commercial building in Joliet.
There are multiple confirmed reports of a structure fire following an explosion in the area of Jennifer Circle in Hermantown.
