Bruce Springsteen was revealed as the "very special guest" at the First Avenue benefit concert organized by Rage Against The Machine's Tom Morello in Minneapolis Friday.
EXCLUSIVE: Days after Bruce Springsteen released his poignant Streets of Minneapolis song over the killing of two Americans by ICE agents, the Boss is in the Minnesota city to perform as a part of today’s National Shutdown protest.
Morello, best known as the guitarist from Rage Against the Machine, also confirmed this last-minute benefit concert on Wednesday. Other performers scheduled to appear at First Avenue in Minneapolis were Rise Against, Al Di Meola and Ike Reilly.
The Boss released the searing anti-ICE song on Wednesday (Jan. 28) in which he referred to "King Trump's private army from the DHS."
